Every celebration is different, so we build your tipi setup around your guest list, your venue and your plans for the day. Below you'll find our most popular configurations, example floor plans and starting prices to help you picture your event and plan your budget. All layouts shown are examples only: tables, dancefloors and furniture can be arranged however suits you best.

Up to 120 guests, dining and dancing
Two Giant Tipis
Our showpiece setup. Two giant Nordic tipis linked together, with the front sides raised on lifters to create a grand, open entrance. Inside, the two spaces flow into one, giving you room for a full sit-down meal, a bar area and a dancefloor under one sweeping canvas.
The example plans show two dining options, with 60 seated guests: rustic trestle tables with benches, or round tables, both paired with a long top table and an 18 x 15ft dancefloor.

Three Giant Tipis
Our largest configuration, built for big celebrations. Three giant Nordic tipis linked in a sweeping run of canvas, with lifters on the front creating one dramatic, open entrance. The linked design gives you distinct zones that still feel like a single space: generous dining across two tipis, and a dedicated bar and dancefloor in the third, so the party never has to leave the room.
The example plan shows trestle dining with a long top table, a bar and an 18 x 15ft dancefloor. As with all our setups, the layout is yours to shape. The dance floor can be excluded to seat a total of 180 guests.

Up to 60 guests seated
One Giant Tipi, Fully Enclosed
One giant Nordic tipi with all sides down and a rustic wooden door entrance. Snug, atmospheric and completely weatherproof, this is our go-to setup for celebrations, or for anyone after a cosier, more intimate feel.
The example plan shows six wooden tables with twelve benches and a 12 x 12 ft dance floor, with room to adapt the layout to your day.

Up to 35 guests standing
Mini Tipi
Small in footprint, big on charm. The Mini Tipi has a 7 metre wingspan and can be left open on all sides or fitted with four wall panels to close off the back. It makes the perfect shelter for a drinks reception, outdoor bar or chill-out zone, and can be linked to a giant tipi to extend your main space.
